Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct tours of facilities to explain the manufacturing processes and related factory highlights in order to showcase company and its products, leaving visitors, customers, suppliers, vendors and guests with a positive impression of the company.
• Interact with internal and external customers.
• Research more complicated subjects through interviews, reading, web search and reference materials to create and verify accurate and usable content.
• Partner with key stakeholders in the development of special events as necessary to meet business objectives.
• Assist developing and conducting comprehensive and unique VIP briefings to provide tailored information and showcase products and services.
• Ensure tour process is managed and implemented effectively, keeping tours on time, identifying and providing transportation and collateral materials.
• Conduct day-to-day business processes to support the tour center.
• Resolve schedule conflicts and handle customer complaints.

 

Qualifications:

• 40 hr/week; three staggered shifts: 8:00AM – 4:30PM; 9:00AM – 5:30PM; 10:00AM – 6:30PM.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED and typically 4 or more years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
