Join our client's team as a Unix/Linux System Admin using your experience in Multi-Factor Authentication and installing and configuring RSA.

 

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain UNIX and other operating system workstations and servers.
• Perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.
• Schedule installations and upgrades; maintains them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.
• Monitor and tune the system to achieve optimum performance levels.
• Ensure workstation/server data integrity by evaluating, implementing and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions.
• Ensure data/media recoverability by implementing a schedule of system backups and database archive operations.
• Develop and promote standard operating procedures.
• Conduct routine hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies and configuration guidelines.

 

Qualifications:

• Experience in Multi-Factor Authentication – Installation and configuration for RSA on UNIX, Window, and Apache web servers

Preferred:

• Understanding of networks and firewalls, troubleshooting issues with the network team
• EMC VNX configuration and management
• Solaris 5.10 and 5.11 installation and configuration of Zones
• Redhat clustering
