About the Job:

Our client is seeking a professional and experienced Certificate Management Security Engineer who will join the security team of a major nationwide organization, with thousands of sites, to continually improve its complex multi-protocol nationwide network. The ideal candidate will be experienced in certificate management processes and leading practices.

This position is located in Morrisville, North Carolina.

 

Responsibilities Include:

• Consult with other members of project team and end users to identify PKI requirements and develop requirements documentation
• Contribute to the technical direction on all areas of PKI architecture, including policies, standards, strategies, automation and governance
• Provide guidance to key stakeholders on PKI lifecycle, processes and procedures
• Manage and provide guidance for the computer security posture of the program, specifically in a Windows/Linux OS environment

 

Required Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline
• 3+ years of related operational experience with Certificate Management
• Experience with ServiceNow Change/Incident/Problem management
• Experience as a computer system administrator
• Strong communication skills in dealing with IT developers and system administrators
• Experience with certificate management tools (ideally Venafi)
• One or more of the following certifications a plus: CISSP, Security+, CEH, GCIA
