Responsibilities:

• Work closely with accounting and business units to ensure charge lines are valid to pay freight invoices.
• Enter data and do lookups in multiple systems
• Identify, coordinate, and code invoices; validate with finance business partners and our suppliers.
• Reconcile data discrepancies and correct errors.
• Work down existing backlog.

 

Qualifications:

• Strong background in accounting, payables, finance disciplines.
• High degree of accuracy, managing high volume activities.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
