Responsibilities:

• Assist with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• Support sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
• Gather data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.
• Review data from multiple business systems.
• Validate & adjust quantity, schedule, inventory balances, order policy and compliance.
• Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Conduct source selections, negotiate and document purchase contracts & agreements within procurement commitment authority.
• Assist with gathering performance data to monitor supplier capability, capacity and business health.
• Assist with monitoring of supplier performance to contract.
• Support supplier performance reviews.
• Transmit technical data and business communications.
• Learn import and export policies and procedures.
• Process proprietary information agreements to ensure data protection.
• First shift: 7:30am – 4pm

Qualifications:

• Required – successfully pass a credit check

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree.
