Responsibilities:

• Work closely with accounting and business units to ensure charge lines are valid to pay freight invoices.
• Perform lookups in multiple systems, data entry and other recurring tasks such as identifying, coordinating and coding invoices, and validation with finance business partners and our suppliers.
• Reconcile data discrepancies and corrects errors.
• Work down existing backlog.

 

Qualifications:

• Strong background in accounting, payables, finance disciplines.
• High degree of accuracy, managing high volume activities.

Education and Experience:

• Required – BS/BA degree and typically 3 or more years’ experience.
