Responsibilities:
- Use basic experience and knowledge of company business and social activities to establish plans.
- Receive and accurately record requirements.
- Communicate limited information based on experience and knowledge, seek guidance from higher level customer representative specialist or manager.
- Complete tasks as directed – forms, catering, visits/event support, transportation, lodging, badging and data entry.
- Establish relationships with internal and external customers/suppliers.
- Seek direction from customer airlines, customer quality support, customer engineering.
- Engage in basic accounting practices – accounting software, invoice payment and reconciliation of bills.
- Schedule and coordinate logistics – transportation, lodging, catering, etc.
- Use basic knowledge of company resources and vendor services to execute plans.
- Research and begin to establish working relationships and prepare necessary paperwork for visit.
- With direct supervision, collect feedback responses from attendees as required for the visit/event.
- File, post bills, run reports and post inventory control sheets.
- Obtain feedback from airline representatives and guests.
- Communicate to organizations across the company.
