Join our client's Information Services team to help our employees create, access, understand, harness, manage, and disseminate information. The team optimizes the latest information management strategies to support innovation and competitiveness, delivering high quality, cost effective solutions on a global scale.

You will work with Information Services, Finance, and Supplier Management to ensure execution of contractual agreements. You will collaborate with internal Information Services organizations and external suppliers to understand business needs and utilize internal governance practices/processes to ensure that requirements are met. With comprehensive understanding of products, processes and tools, you will execute business administrative and integration activities on a daily basis.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with IS service organizations, IS Suppliers, and Business Partners to validate, reconcile and process billing, invoicing and payment activities to ensure business administration and integration activities are completed in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to Supplier Management Enterprise Supplier Performance Assessment process by providing business data (billing/invoicing audit, Service delivery Health metrics, etc.) to assist in measurement of supplier operational excellence against service level agreements.
  • Provide meaningful business data (historical business volume/service consumption, pricing, customer data, etc.) and contribute to development and assessment of RFI, Statement of Work and RFP activities from project initiation through contract award.
  • Define emergent statement of work requirements. Update business systems and tools with contract information. Monitor suppliers' performance to service level agreements. Perform root cause analysis and develops and monitors corrective actions. Process and monitor supplier invoicing.
  • Collaborate with Supplier Resource Engineering and Procurement Financial Analysis groups to assess the strength and viability of SOWs and assessment of RFP responses.
  • Provide business data in analysis of project requirements and collaborate with IS and Business Partners to identify sourcing delivery strategies and objectives.
  • Partner with Supplier Management and Finance to analyze procurement elements, including supplier cost, delivery, and quality requirements.
  • Provide business consumption data and participate with IS Suppliers to strategically leverage their capabilities and industry expertise to provide the best solutions to support company Long Range Business Plans.
  • Provide recommendations in developing, refining, and adjusting operational business metrics as appropriate to align with strategic objectives.
  • Provide business administration and integration support (share point site development/ management, meeting facilitation, etc.) for IS service groups to meet operational and strategic imperatives.
  • Participate in the development of business partner requirements; research and compile business data to support development of options on service and price.
  • Conduct audits to verify timely and accurate billing. Collaborate with Business Partners, Finance, Supplier Management and supplier partners to resolve billing, invoicing and payment issues.
  • Collaborate with internal/external resources on software and hardware to support business partner requirements. Verify application quality, functionality and integrity by testing and implementing new business processes and equipment.
  • Collaborate in identifying objectives and strategies for process improvements, cost savings and deployment of new capture, conversion, and organization, management and distribution solutions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficient using MS Excel, Word, and Access, as well as Adobe Acrobat

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and typically 6+ years’ experience with a focus in Business Administration/Business Management, Supply Chain, or other business-related studies.
