Want a great work/life balance? AIMS Advantage is currently hiring a Stand-Up forklift operator for a 3 day work week position. Still get 36 hours per week, while enjoying 4 days off!

SUMMARY: The warehouse picking and selector operates a Stand Up Hi-Lo in order to transport materials to and from the trailers and to transport products to their proper locations within the warehouse. The candidate must have 1 year of prior Stand Up Hi-Lo experience, must be able to operate a Hi-Lo safely, and be comfortable placing products up to 6 shelves high with the Hi-Lo. Occasional heavy lifting will be required up to 50 lbs.

The position is located in Spring Lake and work is in a refrigerated distribution warehouse set at 38°. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Hi-Lo Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading trailers.

· Placing material in proper locations.

· Bringing raw material from raw storage area to the line.

· Taking finished products from the inspection area and delivering the products to the storage area.

· Taking trash out to the dumpsters when needed.

· Completing part inventory.

· Responsibilities include all, but are not limited to only, those listed above.

· Follows all safety, housekeeping and company policies and procedures.

· Coordinates and maintains all job responsibilities in a continuous and flexible manner and performs other related duties and job assignments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 1 year experience operating a Stand Up Hi-Lo with consistent employment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
