Mid Level Associate Attorney, Insurance Defense, Philadelphia, PA, $125k-$140k+

Candidates should have a strong litigation background.

Required Experience 2+ years defense litigation experience

• Ability to interact with clients, draft pleadings and discovery demands, conduct depositions, perform legal research and draft dispositive motions
• Excellent research, writing and communication skills
• Substantive familiarity with the rules and procedures of the Pennsylvania Courts is a must
• Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York or Delaware is a plus!

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, salary is flexible depending on the candidate
