Executive Assistant/Office Manager for Technology Firm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level personal and professional support for leadership team (3 people total)
  • Manage multiple calendars; schedule meetings as needed
  • Expense reports (must be strong in Excel)
  • Planning travel itineraries
  • Ad hoc personal tasks, etc.
  • Support the firm’s growth by working with both client facing and operational departments to maintain budgets, drive new internal initiatives, and plan offsite functions
  • Host candidates and clients, on-board new hires, collaborate and problem solve to manage infrastructure
  • Complete various projects as needed

 Qualifications Include: 

  • 3+ years of experience 
  • Bachelor's degree is required 
  • Candidate must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative and have experience working well in a team
  • Demonstrated “can-do” attitude in tackling difficult challenges
  • Aptitude for structuring and analyzing data and reporting findings
  • Proficient MSOffice skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Punctual and dependable

Compensation: $75-85K base + bonus
