Marketing Assistant at Private Equity Firm

Our client, a Private Equity Firm, is seeking a Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate must work well under pressure and be strong at multitasking.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Heavy calendar management, such as ensuring all meetings have proper conference room assignment and can be seated in a timely manner
  • Arrange, coordinate and send out appointments for conference calls
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including ground transportation, flights, and hotels
  • Create monthly expense reports for senior members of the team
  • Provide core administrative support and other ad-hoc tasks on a daily basis (copying, faxing, scanning and filing)
  • Assist with cleanup and maintenance of data in the CRM system
  • Populate, produce and mail correspondence (i.e. thank you notes); proofread documents for appropriate grammar, punctuation and spelling
  • Assist with projects as needed

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree is a MUST
  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong problem-solving, planning and organizing skills
  • Very bright and quick learner; able to work effectively with a diverse team

Compensation: $80-100k base, plus bonus and full benefits
