POSITION Controller, Infrastructure Team

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Controller is responsible for managing the finance, accounting, and treasury functions by

providing information, primarily financial in nature, about all company activities which will assist the

Chief Financial Officer, Partner Group, Managing Partner, and other users in making educated

economic decisions about the company's future. Responsibilities include:

?Overseeing all corporate accounting responsibilities for 5 corporate entities including; Registered

Broker-Dealer, Operating Parent Company, Zurich Company, French SAS entity, and Investment

Management Company

?Ensuring the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not

limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements, monthly expense review packages,

monthly client billing, and annual audits and annual budgets

?Managing all disbursement activities, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts

payable, core employee expense reports, cash control, payroll processing and total corporate

payroll tax compliance

?Managing all accounts receivable activities to ensure the accurate and timely management of all

accounts receivable aging components including: billings, cash receipts application, etc; funding

service management, which includes daily funding reports

?Establishing and maintaining systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes

and data, and enhance the company's value

?Supporting the year-end audit process for the Company and funds

?Responding to CFO as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate the Company’s financial

needs

?Participating in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports

?Resolve day-to-day accounting issues

REQUIREMENTS

?Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

?CPA certification preferred

?4-6 years of hands-on accounting managerial experience or directly from public accounting/

?Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

?Mastery of month-end and year-end closing processes

?Experience with creating financial statements

?Ability to multitask while balancing attention to detail

?Quickbooks, NetSuite, or other system experience
