Receptionist (Temp to Perm)

Our client, a Hedge Fund, is seeking a temp-to-perm Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and very professional.  

Responsibilities Include:

  • Daily coverage of front desk:
  • Greet guests
  • Manage phones
  • Schedule conference rooms
  • Distribute mail and deliveries
  • Process expenses
  • Book travel
  • Run errands/ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Assist Administrative Support Team as needed

Qualifications Include:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative/customer service type role
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

Compensation: $20 hourly
