Executive Assistant to COO

Hudson Gate Partners - New York, NY

Our client, a Private Equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the COO. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can function independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

 Responsibilities Include:

  • Book travel arrangements including flight, hotel and ground transportation for the team
  • Process expense reports
  • Maintain calendar and handle scheduling of all meetings and appointments
  • Develop relationships with internal teams and coordinate high volume of internal and external meetings
  • Handle office management duties, including supply inventory and purchasing, guest registration and facilitating maintenance requests with building management
  • Onsite support for new hire training and onboarding
  • Perform special projects for teams

Qualification Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant
  • Excellent English, grammar, written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and high energy level
  • Requires some flexibility with work schedule
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and related software

 Compensation: $90-100k base, plus overtime and bonus (all in 120k+)
