Our client, a Private Equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant for a 2-3 month temp role. Candidates must have prior EA experience.
Responsibilities Include:
• Manage multiple calendars and schedule meetings as needed
• Answer incoming calls
• Schedule conference calls, web meetings, and video conferences as needed
• Manage travel needs, prepare itineraries and necessary documents
• Process expense reports
Qualifications Included:
• 4+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree is a must
• Pro-active self-starter who can anticipate needs
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize; excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Punctual and dependable
• Positive “Can Do” attitude
Compensation: $22-28 hourly
