Executive Assistant to Team at Private Equity Firm

Our client, a Private Equity Firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support 2 Managing Directors, 2 Vice Presidents, and 2 Principals. The ideal candidate will be very dependable and a hard-worker. This person must be comfortable supporting a team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide high level support to team of professionals
  • Manage multiple calendars involving
  • Answer incoming calls and route accordingly
  • Work with team on investor events
  • Schedule conference calls and prepare conference rooms
  • Manage travel needs for team members; prepare itineraries and necessary documents
  • Process expense reports
  • Planning offsite events and investor meetings
  • Assist and provide back-up coverage for admin team members and other team professionals as needed
  • Complete special projects as needed

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 2-5 years of experience years of administrative experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a variety of individuals within and outside of the firm
  • Pro-active self-starter who can anticipate needs
  • Ability to prioritize; excellent time management skills
  • Proficient MS Office skills

Compensation: $60k range, plus 10k bonus. Paid lunch and 6 weeks' vacation.
