The Head of Human Capital is a newly created role that will report directly to the CEO & Founder of the Fund.
This individual will drive all aspects of the talent strategy, including but not at all limited to:
Learning & Professional Development
Culture & Employee Engagement
As a right hand to the CEO, this person will be a true partner in the fund's growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of solid experience in Talent Management, preferably some of it spent in Private Equity or Investment Management.
Profiles in consulting and executive search will also be considered.
