A leading nationwide security services provider is seeking a driven and strategic Salesperson to lead business growth across multiple industries. The successful candidate will help the company expand its reach into new markets, including property management, amongst others. This role is ideal for a motivated “hunter” who excels at building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and providing customized security solutions. The candidate should excel at building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and providing customized security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion – Identify, target, and secure property management clients while maintaining opportunities in construction site security.
  • Client Prospecting – Build and manage a pipeline of leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
  • Customized Solutions – Understand client needs and create tailored security service proposals.
  • Relationship Management – Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Skills:
  • Proven B2B sales skills with a track record of closing deals in service-based industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of security services, construction industry, or property management operations (preferred but not required).
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in security, facilities management, or related fields.
  • Ability to travel nationwide as needed.
