A leading mental health center is seeking a seasoned and dynamic leader holding both an LCSW and CASAC credential, with proven expertise in OASAS-regulated programs.

This role combines strong administrative leadership with clinical oversight and is a unique opportunity to build a program from the ground up, ensuring both operational excellence and clinical integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Program Administration & Compliance – Develop and manage all administrative systems, processes, and reporting to ensure compliance with OASAS and Article 32 regulations.
• Clinical Oversight – Supervise clinical staff, review treatment plans and progress notes, and ensure documentation meets all regulatory requirements.
• Program Development – Lead the launch and ongoing development of the new program, including policy creation, quality improvement, and performance tracking.
• Stakeholder Coordination – Liaise with courts, referral sources, and external agencies to maintain strong partnerships and ensure program effectiveness.

• Leadership & Confidence – Ability to make decisive administrative and clinical decisions with authority.
• Organizational Expertise – Skilled in building and maintaining efficient operational systems.
• Regulatory Knowledge – Deep understanding of OASAS, Article 32 requirements, and court-mandated treatment processes.

Requirements:

• LCSW – required.
• CASAC – required.
• Prior experience in OASAS-regulated programs.
• Proven ability to manage both administrative operations and clinical supervision.
• Experience working with court-mandated substance abuse programs preferred.
