Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of ground-up multifamily housing projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality standards across multiple projects.
• Provide leadership and clear communication to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.
