A leading manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Head of Overseas Purchasing to oversee international sourcing, forecasting, and quality control.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in global supply chain management, vendor negotiations, and production scheduling. The role requires the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships, ensure high-quality standards, and manage complex purchasing operations across multiple countries.

Responsibilities:

• Source, vet, and onboard overseas factories while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Develop and manage 6–12 month purchasing forecasts to align with sales, seasonality, and lead times.
• Oversee overseas quality control processes, inspections, and supplier accountability.
• Manage production calendars, scheduling, and shipping flows to ensure timely delivery.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  Ability to analyze data and build accurate purchasing forecasts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills across global teams.
• Proficiency in reviewing technical product details and coordinating with engineering teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in international sourcing, procurement, or purchasing management.
