The Loan Processor will be responsible for reviewing loan applications, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, and coordinating with clients, underwriters, and loan officers to move applications efficiently from submission to closing. Responsibilities:

• Review and verify loan applications, supporting documents, and credit histories for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with clients, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to obtain necessary documentation and resolve issues.
• Ensure all loans meet regulatory guidelines, company policies, and investor requirements.
• Track and manage the pipeline of active loans to ensure timely and efficient processing.
