Base Salary up to $200K, OTE $400K plus equity
We are conducting a retained search for a VP of Sales for a client of ours in the Network Performance Management/Monitoring and Analytics space. They are a high growth $35M VC-backed Co. with a well-respected venture partner. It’s a Replacement and highly confidential. It is to take them into new markets and leverage their existing base. Currently there are 8 Strategic Reps and an Inside Sales team. Full P&L responsibility and to have past track record of growth from $35M-$100M. Can work virtually anywhere USA, with some travel to No Cal. Attractive Compensation & Equity.
