Manager, Client Operations – Delivery & Maintenance

We are currently looking for a Manager of Client Operations who will manage and be part of a team that is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, correctness and availability of the data that is being acquired, matched, configured and provided to our clients on a day-to-day basis. This role may also provide oversight for other services and team members based in the Kansas City facility.

Essential Functions

  • Recruit, hire and manage the team of client support specialists and client operations team members
  • Lead teams in the use of proprietary PriceSpider software to analyze information from the internet and validate matches to our clients products
  • Lead, participate and improve delivery for new and existing clients
  • Communicate with team members, other leaders and superiors locally and in other locations as complexities arise
  • Execute on organization initiatives as they arise and participate in improving the function and nature of the PriceSpider solutions
  • Gain a working understanding of the software, solutions, configurations and needs of each team and participate in the work as needed
  • Understand that the work can sometimes be technical in nature while at other times it requires analytical skills as well as functional understanding of our clients and ecommerce sellers
  • Audit and analyze system data and products to ensure accurate online listing
  • Investigate and report system anomalies
  • Assist with resolving system issues by identifying core issues, root causes and making solution recommendations
  • Provide proactive assistance to all members of the team
  • Identify problems and submit support tickets
  • Respond to and address support tickets that are assigned to the Client Operations team
  • May be asked to perform other duties as required by business needs
  • Provide cultural leadership in the Kansas City office as well as plan and participate in regular team activities

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business and / or Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Five plus years of supervisory or lead experience in delivering and/or supporting software solutions for clients required
  • Experience building and managing a team, including with recruiting, hiring, motivating and educating
  • Computer literacy and understanding of web technologies, SaaS applications and eCommerce
  • Ability to evaluate data using analytical and logical reasoning to examine each component of data provided
  • Ability to adapt to fluid and evolving circumstances
  • Diligence to remain concentrated on a task for long periods of time
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship

This position is based in Kansas City and we are looking for local candidates who are comfortable working in the office in a highly collaborative environment.
