An executive recruiting company based in Indianapolis seeks an experienced business development professional to take the lead on business development and sales responsibilities. The successful applicant will focus on building relationships with healthcare systems, hospitals, insurers, physician groups, medical device companies, to name a few and responsible for building revenue streams from existing clientele as well as bringing on new customers who can benefit from our services. As a Senior Client Partner, you will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and building and maintaining relationships. You will report to the Founder and President of the organization. We’re looking for a sales-oriented professional who values productivity and customer engagement - and who most importantly embraces our mission, vision, and core commitments.
Note, the candidate may be located anywhere in the US although we are located in Indianapolis and will require travel to clients from time to time, very minimal. This is a part-time position and 100% commissioned W-2 position with retirement benefits.
Qualified candidate will have a strong sales and business development experience. Experience in recruiting industry and/or human resources is preferred.
