Software Engineer, Production Engineering, Feature Animation (USA)

Our US-based client is staffing up for its exciting strategic tech initiatives and is looking for experienced Software Engineers to design and implement its next-gen proprietary and third-party tools across the pipeline.

 It is an exciting time to join this studio and be a part of Phase 1 of their tech initiatives.

You’re Good at:

  • Writing reliable and reusable code for inter-departmental tools and optimize pipeline workflows with clean data handoffs.
  • Working in a proprietary pipeline and integrating third-party software like Maya, Houdini, Nuke, and/or Shotgun
  • Programming in C/C++, Python, and/or a strong grasp of OOP concepts and MVC frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both R&D Engineers, Pipelines TDs, as well as Artists.

Extra dash of Awesome:

  • Having a general curiosity and keenness to problem-solving
  • A love for working on computer science problems that are visual in nature

To land this gig, you need to have experience working at the feature film quality level and a passion for pushing the quality of an image.

These are full-time roles and include benefits and relocation.
