Great opportunity for a full-time Technical Business Analyst with experience working on Infrastructure or Tech Support teams, with end users, Workstations, hardware/software, etc.
Most Important Qualifications:
Most of the work would be end-user stuff… if they have had a job supporting workstations that would be preferred. But not a Sys Admin person where they would support specific technologies
Someone who can dig in, evaluate, meet with end users and VPs of dept, write documentation for end users, provide training, etc.
Someone who can talk to business side without talking over their head, and loves technology.
Implementing some type of enterprise software or systems
Someone who can find areas to improve and bring them to management.
Security is an important need… at least want someone who is security minded. Policies are in place now, so don’t need to focus on prior security experience… could be involved in writing diff policies for end users, etc.
