AFTERNOON SHIFT (3:30pm - 12am) PREFERRED
Summary of Position
Provide first-level Technical Support for incoming customer calls. Diagnosing and/or escalating both in-house or on-site technical issues.
Experience Required
2+ years professional experience in a technical support call center environment
Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal
Ability to speak clearly
Basic computer skills, including but not limited to MS Office
Able to type at least 30wpm
Education Required
High school diploma (or equivalent)
