Quota: $900k+-

 

Required candidate experience and attributes:

  • Track of qualifying and closing $1m per year in net new business to companies with $1b+ in revenue
  • Experience selling solutions related to DevOps, Application Development, Application Performance Monitoring or Management, or Application Integration
  • Infrequent career changes
  • Recent experience making quota
  • Recent and deep experience selling to accounts within the TOLA region
  • Previous sales experience with Application Performance Management, start-up experience, or previous sales engineering experience. This is important because the company is a start-up and therefore requires its sales people to take partial ownership over the process of educating prospects on new technology concepts. The role is 80% sales person, 20% technology evangelist.

 

Compensation:

  • Up to $140k salary
  • Up to $280k OTE, no cap

Deal Range: $50k to $150k (Annual subscription value)
