Services: provide thought leadership and best practices consulting services to companies developing an insider threat deterrence discipline and function, or companies who want to make their existing function more effective

Compensation: On Target Earnings of up to $180k, including $10k in bonus potential; plus, equity.

Responsibilities:

This role is NOT to implement their technology, but to build and operate a profitable consulting organization to help their customers learn and apply best counterintelligence practices

Develop the company’s insider threat professional services consulting organization. Deliver consulting services. Develop and implement best practices.

Serve as the company’s field level thought leadership.

Candidate Must Have Criteria:

  • Experience in a technology agnostic, professional service consulting role; providing advise to enterprises on counterintelligence best practices
  • Preferably have additional prior experience with military/DOD related cyber security
  • Knowledge of security solutions and technologies, including:
      • Internet security
      • SIEM technologies
      • Database technologies
      • Data loss prevention solutions
      • Endpoint Detection and Response solutions
      • Insider Threat mitigation solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to interact with senior executives
  • Exceptional written communication. This role requires an ability to understand and articulate both the business benefits (value proposition) and technical advantages of solutions for Insider Threat capabilities
  • Resilience and ability to handle stressful situations effectively while managing several tasks
  • A self-starter willing to display initiative with common sense
