Role: prospect (with marketing and channel assistance), qualify, and close net new business; thereafter upsell clients that you have developed

Compensation:
- Salary: up to $85k to $130k+, depending upon experience
- On Target Earnings:$100k to $160k, no cap
- Vision, Dental, and Heath (employee contribution is just $60 per month for the individual; and $120 per month for the family)
- 11 holidays, plus vacation and personal time
- 401k plan with 6% match
Available territories:
- New England resident, covering New England and a portion of NY
- Southwest Florida resident: covering and GE and FL
Annual Quota: $250k - $390k+, depending upon experience
Average Deal size: annual subscription of $35k
Technical Sales support:headquarters-based Sales Engineers available to help sales staff for remote/virtual support. Field sales personnel must be proficient in independently performing a lot of the prospect functional needs analysis and product demonstrations
Marketing support: marketing develops leads from conferences (sales attend conferences too), webinars, website, emails,
Sales training: class instruction, job shadowing field sales people.
Criteria:
- Experience selling asset management/maintenance management software to public works organization
- Track record of reaching quota
- Infrequent job hops
