Role: Account Executive, field sales, middle market (companies with $200M-$1B)

Solution: pre-production testing and post production Application Monitoring software.

Acceptable location of candidates:East Coast major hub

 Quota: $500k to $600k, or approximately 20 net new deals per year

 

Required candidate experience and attributes:

  • Previous sales experience with Application Performance Management, start-up experience, or previous sales engineering experience. This is important because the company is a start-up and therefore requires its sales people to take partial ownership over the process of educating prospects on new technology concepts. The role is 80% sales person, 20% technology evangelist.
  • Track of qualifying and closing 12+ net new accounts per year

  • Experience selling solutions related to DevOps, Application Development, Application Performance Monitoring or Management, or Application Integration

  • Infrequent career changes

  • Recent experience making quota

  • Recent and deep experience selling to East Coast accounts

  • A big sense of urgency

  • Driven to be successful

 

 Compensation:

  • Up to $100k salary

  • Up to $200k OTE, no cap
