Technical Systems Analyst

Our client is hiring a Technical Systems Analyst to join their team in New York City.


The vision for the Technical Systems Analyst is to act as an intermediary between the technical team and end-users in the company. This role will be an advocate for technology systems and will support in creating best practices as well as training other employees on how to utilize the company’s technology to create efficiency and accuracy in their various roles.


Project Management -

  • Collaborate and lead meetings with stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Develop and maintain project plans
  • Lead implementation through testing, training, development and delivery
  • Gather research on the competitive landscape and participate in the development of the strategic roadmap

Training -

  • Train employees on new and existing technology through documentation, training seminars and 1-on-1 support
  • Act as an advocate for new technologies and processes to ensure smooth adoption
  • Create documentation for best practices
  • Partner with management and HR to create and maintain a thorough training curriculum


  • BA/BS Degree (required)
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools (required)
  • 5+ years’ experience in product management & business analysis, change management
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a technology role
  • Ability to design and present workshops and trainings to non-technical staff
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independently motivated and self-starter
  • Strong relationship building experience
  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the company
