4 Point Consulting is working with AgilitySolutions to recruit and retain up to three Business Consultants for their growing Denver, CO-based team.

Although we are in our 14th year of business, our team members will have a unique, and challenging opportunity to help shape and drive the next phase of our business. We are rebuilding our business from the ground up, which will bring the pace and excitement of a start-up, balanced with the discipline, business plan, and processes that are designed to be both scalable and sustainable. Business Consultants develop an understanding of the client’s business, processes and systems to identify potential revenue and cost improvement opportunities. Work typically includes a combination of data analysis, research, document review, and client communication. Opportunities are then validated, corrected, and monitored through invoicing. Regardless of experience level, all team members are responsible for helping identify potential improvements on our projects. In this role, you will gain exposure to a variety of workstreams, roles, and processes that will serve as a springboard for multiple career paths, both within Agility and beyond. All new hires, regardless of role, will spend their first 90 days in our “Foundations” seat, which provides an opportunity both to gain exposure to our consulting projects and to make an immediate impact to varying projects/modules.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar quantitative/analytical majors
• Strong academic track record, with diverse and challenging coursework
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (will not require visa sponsorship)
• 0-2 years of professional work experience (preferred)
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
• Background in telecommunications a plus
