The Digital Analyst is responsible for providing data driven insights across a range of digital marketing business topics. This role supports internal and external customers and will interface directly with a Scientific Games Lottery partner. This is a strategic role—we are seeking a business-oriented analyst who is excited about solving business problems and strives to form a deep understanding of the business itself.
The analyst will be responsible for the ongoing analysis of the Lottery customer’s loyalty program. We are seeking a candidate with prior digital marketing experience and a fundamental understanding of the relevant KPI’s across acquisition, engagement, and retention marketing. While we are looking for someone who can drive strategic recommendations, the role will also involve Business Intelligence (BI) content creation and ongoing reporting, including responding to ad-hoc analytical requests. We are seeking a creative, critical thinking candidate that can not only execute based on requirements but also bring new ideas to the table.
Technically, an in-depth knowledge of Tableau Desktop Professional is required, and prior experience publishing and managing analytical content on Tableau Server is essential. Knowledge of SQL is also required, with the ideal candidate able to independently write SQL in order to perform various data extraction and aggregation tasks. The analyst will interface with multiple business and technology groups and must have strong communication skills and people skills. The Digital Analyst should be naturally curious and excited to not only create dashboards, but also interpret results and provide business recommendations. We are looking for a creative problem solver that can think critically and provide data driven insights to an important Lottery partner.
