Absolute Staffing is searching for a Senior Infor Specialist with high-level hands-on development experience in Infor HCM (Human Capital Management) to work with our client.

Position Description:
The Senior Infor Specialist is expected to work with Enterprise Software Services / Distributed Services Team and business staff to perform the following responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration: Lead the configuration, customization, and setup of Infor GHR Cloud Suite products, managing HR processes from employee hire to payroll, including performance modules, goal setting, and talent management.
- System Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting support for the Infor GHR Cloud Suite platform, ensuring seamless system operation.
- User Security Experience: Hands-on experience in managing Infor User Security settings and access controls, safeguarding system integrity and data.
- LPL Customization: Skilled in developing and customizing forms using LPL and managing action requests to optimize system workflows.
- Process Server and Async Admin Experience: Expertise in configuring and managing Process Server and Async Admin within the Infor Cloud Suite environment.
- GHR/HR Talent System Setup: Extensive experience in setting up, configuring, and customizing Infor GHR/HR Talent systems to align with business needs.
- Development Expertise: Strong development experience with LPL, Data Lake, ION, API Gateway, BODs, and Data Fabric, driving system enhancements.
- Integration Knowledge: Proficient in Infor Process Flows, Approval Matrix, and Inbasket Approvals, optimizing workflows for business operations.
- Data Models and Asynchronous Processes: In-depth knowledge of data models and managing asynchronous processes to ensure seamless integration with external systems.
- System Maintenance and User Support: Provide continuous system maintenance, technical support, and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
- Subject Matter Expert Role: Act as the SME for Infor Cloud Suite systems, offering expert guidance on system functionality, integration, and best practices.
Experience/Qualifications:
- 10+ Years Infor CloudSuite Experience: Over 10 years of experience in implementing and utilizing Infor Cloud Suite products to meet diverse organizational needs.
- 8+ years of experience supporting talent management systems or other HR applications, including engaging with customers to solicit, capture, and critically analyze requirements. ERP experience with core Infor Human Capital Management applications (GHR).
- Experience with Performance Review module.
- Experience supporting HR technology such as Infor HCM or Dayforce and working with human resources systems and processes.
- Working knowledge of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, construction, testing, and deployment.
- Prior experience with JAVA/.NET and JavaScript (preferred).
- Strong functional and technical background.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer focus skills.
Position Type: Full-Time, hourly range $34.13 - $38.46
Contract Length: This is a contract position with the duration of 6-12 months, possibility of extension
Location: Hanover, MD / Hybrid- (expected to be in office 3 days a week)
