As a trusted subcontractor, we specialize in staff augmentation for education, healthcare, IT, customer support, and administrative roles, serving private businesses and government entities at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve complex workers’ compensation claims by gathering essential information and managing the claims process from start to resolution.

  • Develop and execute well-structured action plans to ensure timely and appropriate outcomes.

  • Accurately calculate benefits and assign reserves; process claim payments and adjustments.

  • Prepare and file required state documentation within statutory deadlines.

  • Manage litigation and coordinate with vendors for investigative or legal support.

  • Apply cost-containment strategies and identify opportunities for subrogation and recoveries.

  • Communicate claim activity clearly and professionally with clients and claimants.

  • Ensure proper documentation and coding of all claim files.

  • Refer cases to supervisors as needed and follow established service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional certifications a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of claims management experience, or equivalent education and experience.

  • Licensing: No license required for this role.

Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and claim practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims processing software.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • High attention to detail and organizational ability.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $75,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience.

Health Insurance (Full-time employees)
Employer covers 70% of employee-only premium (employee pays 30% via payroll deduction).
Employees may elect dependent coverage (100% employee-paid).
Coverage begins the first day of the month following employment or eligibility.
