Scientific Games is looking for a Digital Strategist for an exciting role to join our growing and vibrant Growth Marketing Services team. As a crucial member of our B2C full-service digital marketing operations solution, you will lead a growing team developing customer-centric strategies for to help support the lottery’s overarching digital goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, with excellent technical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish retention, customer development and re-activation KPI’s setting targets for constant improvement.
  • Manage clients’ retention marketing budgets including promotions, bonusing, and player messaging channels.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key partners [such as marketing software vendors]
  • Drive awareness and uptake of new and existing products to existing players
  • Implement retention campaigns to increase lifetime values, player deposits and frequency of play
  • Manage our third-party suppliers of customer optimization tools, ensuring a comprehensive database of well-organized player information from which to launch highly customized promotions across a full range of marketing channels including Email, SMS, Push Messaging, Social Media and Outbound
  • Maintain and ensure high levels of data hygiene and integrity with fast-growing, high-volume lists
  • Manage creation, execution and optimization of data-driven campaigns that deliver towards stated business goals
  • Own the execution of automated customer promotions and ensure that all promotions are providing an optimal return on investment
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of all customer retention tasks

    Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Minimum five years of digital strategic planning and 3 years of digital engagement experience
  • Strong analytical mind
  • Excellent written skills
  • Knowledge of the online gambling industry is preferred, but not essential.

  • Proven results orientation: the ability to report on specific campaigns
  • Teamwork/maintaining strong positive relationships (internal and external)
  • Detail focused (planning, organizing and coordinating specific projects).
  • Tech savvy and customer service oriented
  • Enthusiasm and leadership. A strong work ethic necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving and results oriented environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
