Customer Rep Job Description


Job Summary

The Customer Rep will perform routine clerical duties to support the organization.

We are seeking a friendly and competent clerk to complete a range of day-to-day administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with people and have excellent organization and time management skills. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None


  • Review and decipher excel financial reports to allocate fee credit for Missouri Employees
  • Audit calls for the Missouri employees
  • Cross Check external audits against self-performed audits
  • Missed call look up
  • Skip tracing for contact information on accounts
  • Voice mail review
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

    Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Personable demeanor.
  • Ability to type 45 - 60 WPM (words per minute).
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Clerical experience preferred.
