The Integrated Vocational Engagement & Support Team (InVEST) Project
This initiative aims to expand competitive integrated employment (CIE) opportunities for Pennsylvanians with disabilities.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist
to support the InVEST Project. This short-term role focuses on planning and executing digital marketing strategies to increase awareness and engagement.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Director of Communications and collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Business Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Advertising & Campaign Management
Execute digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Conduct keyword research and apply retargeting strategies
Content Creation & Strategy
Develop SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and social media
Align all messaging with the project’s goals and brand tone
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor performance using Google Analytics and platform insights
Create data-driven reports with actionable recommendations
Email & Social Media Marketing
Design and distribute targeted email campaigns
Manage social scheduling and social media engagement
Qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or advertising
Familiarity with mission-driven or nonprofit initiatives preferred
Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media
Strong time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of SEO and performance-based marketing
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus
Compensation & Details:
$22–$25/hr | Bi-weekly pay via direct deposit
Travel up to 30% within Western PA
Hybrid schedule after introductory period
