Client Summary

The client is a prominent collection services provider with more than 30 years of experience. They specialize in enhancing clients' financial outcomes by expediting cash flow and maintaining positive consumer relations. The company employs skilled Collection Specialists who adhere to Local, State, and Federal regulations while representing clients. The client prides itself on cutting-edge collection technology and continuous investments to deliver effective and compliant results that meet clients' expectations.

Job Functions

• Assist consumers with the resolution of past-due accounts for a government client.

• Work in a call center environment, handling both inbound and outbound contacts.

• Answer questions regarding open balances, process payments, and set up payment arrangements.

• Learn and become fully functional on any client system assigned.

• Participate in a multi-step training and coaching program designed to ensure success and compliance with Federal and State collection laws.

• Conduct skip tracing for accounts lacking valid/current contact information.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 11).

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

• Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple client computer systems.

• Strong command of the English language, with effective oral and written communication skills.

• Excellent analytical and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently, multitask, and follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.

Work Schedule

• Monday: 8am – 5pm

• Tuesday: 8am – 5pm

• Wednesday: 11am – 8pm

• Thursday: 8am – 5pm

• Friday: 8am – 5pm

Compensation & Payroll

• $17–$19/hr, OT Eligible

• Bi-weekly pay cycle with direct deposit

• Coverage begins the 1st of the month after eligibility
