The Project Manager for New York will be dedicated to implementing and delivering key strategic digital initiatives for the Lottery. He or she will work with third-party vendors to ensure smooth integrations across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project management life cycle from contract signing to project close out.
  • Develops detailed development schedules for assigned projects.
  • Direct and provide Product Implementation processes and procedures
  • Tracks, monitors and reports on project activities within project teams, customer and SG management.
  • Responsible for the effective internal and external communication of information related to project.

    Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) required.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience to manage all assigned projects
  • BS with a preferred MBA
  • Excellent computer skills with Office including MS Project
  • Business/Financial Analytical skills
  • Operational Management, including logistical and Warehouse design, development and stability
  • Familiarity with Lottery/gaming industry a plus

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Pre-sales and business/commercial management skills highly preferred
  • Background in Software and System design and implementations.
  • Logistical and Facility Management
  • Experience with leading, directing and managing multiple delivery teams including external 3rd parties.
  • Ability to manage issues requiring problem resolution and conflict management.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
