Responsibilites:
As an RF Communications Security Engineer, you will develop and implement novel communication systems to enable new capabilities for a wide diversity of applications. You will work in a fast paced environment, collaborating in multi-disciplinary teams with opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to a variety of projects in this area. You will assist or lead in the design, development, modeling & simulation, implementation, and evaluation of communication systems and waveform design. They should have experience in either PHY layer topics, waveform design, or channel modeling for demanding applications and various environments.

 

Preferred Requirements (the more you have the higher the potential comp:

• Must have an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
• Must be able to work in person at IC customer facilities in McLean, VA, five days per week
• Must Have hands-on experience with RF Comms Security
• Must Have Strong background in RF theory
• Systems Design
• Modeling & Simulation
• Experience in either of these: PHY layer topics, waveform design, or channel modeling
• MATLAB and experience with Python
• Background in wireless technologies, like 5G, LTE-M, or mmWave
• Knowledge of low probability of intercept/detection (LPI/LPD) techniques
• Networking
• Linux
• Lab testing experience and ability to work on fast paced projects/experiments and rapid prototyping

Excellent Compensation:

• Salary - $168K - $252K+
• Sign-on bonuses available
• RSUs - 6-figure packages
• Total Comp can be $400-$500K
