Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of robust DevOps strategies, practices, and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Design, deploy, and manage automated testing and deployment processes.
- Establish and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Establish a road map for process automation across all Company Products.
- Provide expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible, etc.
- Drive the adoption of CI/CD by creating reliable process automation pertinent to each product and business line.
- Monitor and enhance system reliability, performance, and security.
- Mentor and guide team members in DevOps methodologies and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure the team stays current with industry trends.
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior DevOps role, demonstrating leadership and innovation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI, Circle CI).
- In-depth knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Ansible).
- Demonstrated proficiency in containerization and orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must have an active United States Top Secret security clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate, or Kubernetes Administrator.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $198,000 USD
(RSUs are available with 6-figure equity package included in the majority of full time offers)
