Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for multiple Program Executive Offices for the O5 or O6 Level. This includes, but not limited to help schedule and maintain calendar and calendar reminders for one-time and recurring events for the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, and the staff of multiple Product Offices.
  • Assist visitors, callers, and staff with general administrative and management matters.
  • Review correspondence analytically to determine proper format, clarity of text, and conformance to policy. Independently coordinate travel arrangements for both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS) travelers; assemble trip books, itineraries, and other required information.
  • Organize and plan the use of conference/meeting rooms for ceremonies, change of command/management, and retirements.
  • Submit CONUS/OCONUS time/attendance into the Civilian Pay System (ATAAPS).
  • Submit purchase request to Government Purchase Card Holder, work with the Government Travel Charge Card Agency Program Coordinator.
