Pay & Benefits of the Project Manager:
- $75,000 to $82,000 per year salary.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the project team, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Stay up to date with prevailing wage regulations, apprenticeship standards, and other applicable labor laws at the federal, state, and local levels.
- Ensure that project activities, certified payroll records, and wage rates comply with prevailing wage laws.
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to facilitate the recruitment, hiring, and training of apprentices as required by project specifications.
- maintain accurate records of labor hours, wages, and apprenticeship participation for each project.
- Facilitate the preparation and submission of required reports and documentation to clients, including certified payroll reports.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to respond to audits or inquiries.
- Monitor project progress of actual apprentice labor hours against the planned labor curves and communicate to customer the need to take corrective actions when behind on apprentice labor hours.
- Work with the recruiting team to adjust the allocation and onboarding of apprentices to maintain compliance with apprenticeship requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Qualifications of the Project Manager:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or 3+ years as a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
