Pay & Benefits of the Front House Receptionist:
- $60,000- $65,000 salary per year.

Responsibilities of the Front House Receptionist:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- When applicable, manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate internal contacts.
- Support the coordination of meeting room bookings, ensure timely set up of necessary equipment, and that meeting spaces are presentable.
- Lead in the coordination of company events that include traditional, holiday social events and annual business events such as ACS hosting of Apprenticeship Week events.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including but not limited to managing catering arrangements, room setup, and logistics.
- Coordinate inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and restocking as necessary.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office-related needs.
- Obtain and evaluate quotes from vendors for services, supplies, and repairs, striving for cost-effective solutions.
- Support in the negotiation of contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company.
- Provide support to the CEO, and occasionally other executives, on administrative and personal tasks.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as mail distribution, shipping, and handling outgoing correspondence.
- Support the People & Culture team with onboarding new employees by ensuring workstations are ready and necessary supplies are provided.
- Assist in maintaining and updating company databases, records, and files.
Requirements of the Front House Receptionist:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in front-of-house receptionist work, events coordination, office management, or related roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming demeanor for providing front-of-house support.
- Proficiency in using office software and applications (Microsoft Office Suite, email, calendar).
- Problem-solving abilities to address unexpected challenges related to office facilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
