Location: Northwest Houston, TX
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Position Summary

Our organization, a premier intermediary in renewable energy apprenticeships, seeks a Project Manager – Apprenticeship & Compliance to oversee project execution, ensure regulatory adherence, and advance workforce initiatives within the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct projects from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance with prevailing wage and apprenticeship regulations.
  • Formulate and monitor project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Maintain precise documentation of labor hours, wage compliance, and apprentice participation.
  • Compile and submit certified payroll reports; support audit responses as required.
  • Track apprentice labor utilization, facilitate training, and optimize onboarding to meet project specifications.
  • Ensure seamless communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably with a focus on compliance or apprenticeship programs.
  • Familiarity with prevailing wage legislation (e.g., Davis-Bacon Act) and apprenticeship frameworks preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational acumen, attention to detail, and communication proficiency.
  • Competency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
  • Exposure to renewable energy is advantageous; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Compensation & Benefits
