Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist to process, validate, and manage client payroll data. This role focuses on data accuracy, reporting, and supporting technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Review and validate client payroll data before uploading
• Identify and resolve data issues
• Upload and manage payroll data within software systems
• Generate custom reports and perform quality checks
• Input and manage data from multiple sources
• Create test datasets for new system features
• Collaborate with the technology team on projects

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience working with both clean and complex data
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptable and open to expanding technical responsibilities
